A nice hotel
Great hotel, they dont have 24hours reception but they have emailed us how to do self checkin and it went well. The place is good, with elevator like in a movie, small but very cute i should say, the place itself is quite far from termini when carrying a huge luggage, the nearest metro is Castro Petrorio which is 1 station away from termini, it still quite a walk (5minutes) if you have a huge luggage though, but it will be worthed once you arrive in the room. They have local and cable(sky) tv with access to football. Also they have a spacious shower area, a nice thing after long day walk. Would like to return to this hotel when we return to this beautifull city.

Satisfied overall
Was able to check in late even though the reception did not work - they gave me the code for the door. Apartment was comfortable and nice to stay in. Wish they had something better for breakfast like eggs and ham/sausage. They only had sweet breakfast.

5 stars!
Customer service was excellent, the walk there alone was scary from the station though.
