Mice in our studio apartment
We had mice in our room and had to cut short our 2 night stay and book another cleaner hotel instead as my wife was wouldn't stay in the apartment with vermin. We spoke to valet apartments who didn't seem interested and told us their manager only responds to emails and won't speak to guests. Poor service and simply unacceptle to have vermin running around in our apartment. (Apartment 11).

Poor communication and rude
Poor communication between the property and myself. I was told to send a copy of my ID to receive the welcome email with information on how to enter the property. I didn’t receive this email at all, I contacted the apartment for them to say to send a photo of my debit card for a £250 deposit over email to receive the welcome email ....first I heard of it until I spoke to someone over the phone (whilst stood outside the apartment, eating into our time in London and in the property in which we paid for), I wasn’t particularly comfortable in doing this but I had no choice as there was no one available to speak face-to-face too, the women on the phone was very rude saying that because I booked last minute (2 days before my arrival date, I had to wait for the welcome email)- ridiculous as that isn’t an excuse for them to be unorganised, if they can’t cope with last minute bookings, they shouldn’t be accepting them. Check out of the property was 10am, which is very early and there is no where in which you can keep your luggage for safe keeping and collect later on. In regard to the £250 deposit, they state that you will receive it back into your account the next day, which is aload of rubbish, I’ve had to keep calling them to chance this up!? - surely I shouldn’t have to be doing this...and I’m still waiting for the deposit money back, which I think is a very large amount for a deposit! They seem to be very quick into taking your money
