I have stayed on the hotel side of this property and it was a wonderful, clean, pleasant stay; I don’t recommend the residential side at all. Absolutely, no communication from the management company. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the unit. Two dresser drawers were broken and the desk drawer was broken. There had been a fire on the floor above us the day before we arrived~ this was not an issue for us and again that is not something that was in the management company’s control; but communication to the renters was in their control and we received no communication from them. We walk up to unit with fans and a large trash can taking in water.

Great location and rooms, some quirks
Very nice hotel, pretty much what we had hoped for. The location is excellent and is the main reason for the cost. The strong points were the friendliness of the staff, the warm salt water pool, the comfort and cleanliness of the room. A couple of minor things were the poor wifi on the 16th floor and the cost of parking. For some reason, we assumed the private residences would have a more complete kitchen but it was a bar fridge and microwave Because some rooms are hotel and some are private rentals, it is real important to keep all reciepts as the front desk has to deal with 2 cost centers and they got confused a couple of times. We would defintaly stay there again

It looked like a 50s motel. We could not sleep because light from outside. The curtain would not close as a result we could not sleep. No hair drier. We left after one night. The owner refused to refund any money. The photo is of the place is totally false. Expedia refuse to help. This totally false adverting. Do not stay there.
