Wrong breakfast times given
Hotel was really nice, we really liked it. However, when we checked in on a Sunday afternoon, in the reception there was a note explaining breakfast times for the next day, we actually took a picture of it in front of the receptionist as it explained which were the busiest moments, and it presicely said "tomorrow's times for your all you can it breakfast are... " and it was meant to close at 11. The next day we went to get some breakfast just after 10 and for our surprise we've been told that breakfast finished at 10. We went again to reception and on the desk it still stated breakfast time was until 11, once told the receptionist that the time is wrong, she realised that on a Monday morning they still had the weekends' breakfast times, she flipped the notice around and put the correct side with the correct times and we got a "sorry about that" back from them. It was really annoying as we had breakfast included in our booking and actually made sure we wouldn't miss it accordingly to the times given in our check in, but had to pay for breakfast somewhere else as were given the wrong times.

Average hotel
Average, budget friendly hotel. Rooms are quiet. Located near Ealing high street, so lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean when I came in. The shower door covers half of the shower tray, so water constantly pours on the floor while taking a shower. Cleaners don't clean frequently, they just empty the trash and lay the bed. I had tea cups left in my room for days, even after the room was "cleaned". Had to request for them to be changed. Would recommend if you are on a budget and plan to be out for most of the day.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location , great price
I stay with there with my husband and young children Check in - quite smooth and straight forward manned by courteous staff member. Down side-no clear sign to direct or tell you it is a reception area(consist of table, computer and small post box to out your key in for check out). The whole hotel is dedicated to movie type theme as appreciation to ealing broadway nearby. The interior is nicely decorated and simple. It is located near to subway station (10-15 minutes walk) and lots of restaurant and groceries. Parking : no dedicated parking to the hotel itself, u can park at council car park at Arden Road closed to the hotel (less than 5 minutes walk-free between 1800 to 0800 and will cost you max £12/day). I normally park there at night time and move ncp car park at north ealing station (4.50/day) before taking a tube to london central, The hotel room is quite a good size for the price given the london location. Ample of space in the room for my children to move around compare to standard hotel size in london for the price paid. My kids enjoy the movie theme and we are greeted by present from 'the cast member' i.e the hotel staff. The present consist of chocolate and 2 children's book . The room itself is clean and sound proof - no noise heard despite the proximity to the main street.no phone in the room- u can use what's app for room service. Breakfast - very basic and not much hot meal option. Included free with hotel room Night stay - comfortable

Not happy with Ibis
Check in was a complete mess. Reception is a pod with staff struggling with the system. Ibis don't like you booking with Hotels.com so make sure you have your printed booking receipts with you. New hotel so room air-con works a treat and windows open, but hotel ventilation doesn't work so reception and dining are very warm and stuffy.

New Ibis Styles in Ealing
We arrived at the new Ealing Ibis Styles after a delayed flight to Heathrow at 11.45 pm last Thursday. The hotel foyer was unusually busy and we had difficulty working out how to check in. It turned out the hotel's launch party was just finishing! Once we got to our room we discovered a film theme that appears to be the determinant of the hotel decor throughout. Perhaps a gesture towards the nearby Ealing Film Studios? The large double bed was comfortable, the room was spacious for this end of the market with a sizable flat screen TV, a good size wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, and blackout curtains. We had a comfortable sleep, showered and went down to breakfast which was included in the price. Space in the breakfast room was a bit tight, staff struggled to keep up with the demand of the large number in a small place, and one tea/coffee machine seemed inadequate to meet everyone's needs. Breakfast was OK = bread, toast, cereals, fruit, yogurts, juice and some sugary delicacies. The layout of the breakfast room may need to be reconsidered if it is always as busy as our experience on Friday morning. We reported a leak in the shower - probably a snagging issue as is common in most new builds. Verdict - A good location in immediate competition with Travelodge and Premier Inn. Better room than those two but no hot meal option in the evenings. Visitors to Ealing looking for this section of the market will be spoilt for choice in the future.
