Great location in the city centre, within easy walking distance of most of the must-see sights, and 5 - 10 minutes' walk from Colon metro station. This is a lovely, extremely spacious apartment, well furnished and decorated and with high, beamed ceilings. Well equipped kitchen. The owner, Maria and her husband live just around the corner and were there to meet us on arrival. They also arrived within minutes when we reported a minor leak during the worst storm for 15 years! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Maria, and she was a great source of information about the city. Highly recommended!

Impressed again
This was our second visit to this wonderful apartment on the edge of Plaza de la Reina in the middle of old Valencia. As before, Maria and Alejandro greeted us to explain the apartment and to give us lots of ideas for our short stay in the city. Maria even remembered where we had been the last time we visited and supplied a new range of activities! This personal touch is one of the wonderful things about this apartment. As before, the apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could need for our stay, and all of the best quality. It was almost a shame to leave it to visit Valencia! But the city is a wonderful place to be, with tons of places to eat and drink, in between visiting all of the historic sights. We expect to be back in Valencia, and when we do we’ll once again stay at this wonderful apartment. Thanks Maria and Alejandro

Stunning apartment with the most welcoming of hosts!
The reviews cannot speak highly enough of this luxurious apartment and owners, Maria and Alejandro. Maria responded promptly to all queries before we arrived and met us upon our arrival. We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The children were all made to feel extremely welcome by Maria and truly loved staying in this very central location in Valencia. There was so much for the whole family to enjoy on our doorstep and the apartment is a beautiful space to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Maria took time to think about the best places for us to visit with the children over our 3 day stay. Her passion for the city is almost tangible. It was so refreshing to meet someone who wanted to share her wealth of knowledge and love for the city. This was our second trip to Valencia. We stayed in a 5* hotel previously which did not compare to the experience which we had in this centrally located apartment. The children would love to return next year to experience this wonderful city and meet Maria again. Thank you Maria for a very memorable holiday!

All in the location
Fabulous location to stay for several weeks - we soon forgot the disappointment of no U.K. channels on the TV. And Maria and Alijandro are such good hosts that they are even going to look into overcoming that problem. They are a mine of information on their beloved city and respond immediately to any queries. What a find
What a find, we couldn’t have asked for a kinder owner than Maria. Met at the door of our taxi by Maria who drew up a fabulous itinerary that was suited to best match our days in Valencia. Her recommendations were perfect and we would have missed some little jems if left to our own devises. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we slept well whilst also being in an ideal location in the heart of the old historic centre with restaurants on our doorstep. Wow!!
What an absolute delight and surprise walking into this beautiful apartment. It looked so much larger than the photos. The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a great situation near the middle of the old town area. Maria was extremely helpful, giving us a map of the area and marking favourite sights to see, places to eat and a wonderful cafe in which to sample the famous Aqua Valencia drink. We had a very busy two days visiting the Mercado, City Hall, Ceramics Museum, Cathedral, Basillica, the City of Arts and Science and walking through the amazing old streets. What a beautiful city Valencia is! It was also lovely being able to return to such a comfortable apartment for a bit of relaxation before heading out in the evening for something to eat. Maria and Alejandro were so helpful, saying we could ring at any time and very kindly storing our luggage on our day of departure, allowing us to spend extra time in this very delightful and amazing City.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week. The owners were friendly and gave us a map with lots of details of where to visit, and get our bearings. Just around the corner is a bike hire shop where we hired bikes for €10 euros each for the day. The apartment is in a perfect location to visit all the sights. The apartment itself is stunning and will definitely be returning.
