Overall a nice property, room okay, size didn't bother me as it seems to have for other people - but I was a solo traveller. Staff lovely and very attentive. I wasn't so keen on location - next time I'd go for Arambol - but that's my fault for not doing better research. Walls are quite thin so you can hear most happenings in adjoining rooms, and there has been mold in the room previously which has been cleaned, but can still smell it a little and see remnants of on curtains/wall, which affected my asthma a bit. Not uncommon for India/Asia but I was a little surprised to find it in a Fairfield by Marriott property. Overall good stay, particularly for people wanting to hang by the pool (which was great).
