The Franklin
This is a beautiful hotel and all the staff were very attentive,this is my 3nd stay and will come back again.The concierge recommended a good gastro pub nearby called the Enterprise which was also very good.Hsndy for Harrods.

This is a beautiful hotel, well maintained and decorated to a high standard. The staff were warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Our Stay
The staff were wonderful. The hotel was very comfortable. The one disappointment my wife and I had was when we arrived on Sunday evening the restraunt was not open neither was it open on Monday night. This is not good enough for a five star hotel. I would have thought that there should be a price differential between a full breakfast and a continental breakfast. But I did appreciate the birthday cake they made for me.

Well done Franklin.
We live in London and this was a romantic weekend in town. They upgraded us to a suite, which was lovely. Hi Sarah (receiving host), tea offered on arrival, smiles all over the place. Warm in every way. Use the basement Hammam sauna! Short walk to the V&A and natural history museums.
