    The apartment is well located, right in the center of Lisbon, walking distance from most of touristic places abd restaurants. it’s very confortable and well looked after. Service of hosting team is great. Greatly recommended!

    Location is pretty good, a bit noisy especially from staff from restaurant on ground that keep their food on 1st floor of building and the reason why door is always open. If lock your door properly, should not be a problem. I did not like the fact the pictures shown are misleading given these are from two different apartments (1st and 2nd floor where we stayed) but I would not have booked this 2nd floor place since difficult for my 83 year old mother to walk up.

    The good: location is excellent and apartment spacious. More than enough space for our family of 5. Kitchen had everything we needed and was in good condition. Also, allow us check in a few hours earlier, which was helpful as kids were exhausted from the trip. The bad: No AC (although was listed as having one). In August the only way to be comfortable here is to have all of the windows open which allows nice breeze through the apartment. Unfortunately, with open windows it can get noisy at night and during the day the smell from the restaurants below can be too much. Also, washing machine was broken. Overall: a decent place in cooler months.

    Watch out – multiple robberies at linc apartments

    Avoid apartments by linc like a plague. Everything about this company and their apartments are sketchy. After booking this location, we didn't get a single email or text from this company outlining how or where we should meet them to check-in. When we got to the building there was no one to greet us or tell us what to do. We called the number from hotels.com and someone told us that we can only check-in after 4 PM. One of their employees finally showed up at 4:15 to let us in. Around 7 PM we left the apartment for dinner. When we got back, the main door to the unit was wide open and we were robbed. Everything was taken from our unit including 2 new iPads, wallets, cash and jewellery. We called linc and they basically told us that there is nothing they could do. They said that they have a note on the door that says they're not responsible for any robberies and all we could do was to call the police. They said their manger would come and see us in the morning but nobody ever showed up. When we spoke to the police they mentioned that this apartment was robbed multiple times in the past. It now makes sense why they’d put a robbery disclaimer on the door. Avoid staying here or any apartments managed by Linc at all costs, unless you'd like to come back home with a much lighter suitcase.

    Wrong address - wrong contact number.

    Everything was ok with the property however check in was a disaster. This company ‘linc’ manages several different properties in Lisbon and we were sent to one location and our apartment had been changed to another location. The phone number that hotels.com gave me to call was not the phone number for linc and the person who answered only spoke Portuguese. The only thing that saved my husband and I was the kind staff at Juicy, the restaurant next door who sorted it all out after several phone calls and showed us the way to our new location. Once at the apartment everything went smoothly, however it took two hours of frustration after traveling all day. Because of the hassle here and at other apartments we have booked, I will only book hotels in the future unless my stay is for 2 weeks or longer. I would recommend you to go to vegetarian Juicy Restaurant, Rua da Sao Juliao 70, Lisbon. The staff were fantastic and we ate there twice the food was so good even though we aren’t vegetarian.

    FALTA DE COMPROMISSO

    Chegamos a Lisboa no dia 24/12 por volta das 16:00. Para nossa decepção, fomos informados pelo Davi-LinC-que o elevador não estava funcionando há DUAS semanas e que ficaríamos num apartamento no segundo andar! Ora, quando fiz a reserva, o elevador JÁ estava com problemas, mas em nenhum momento fui informada a esse respeito.Meu marido tem próteses nos dois joelhos e eu havia escolhido esse apto justamente por ter elevador e estar localizado na Baixa! Ao solicitar uma solução para o problema,ele respondeu que nada poderia fazer!!!Eu que deveria entrar em contato com a Hotéis.com para resolver a questão! Como eu poderia se na reserva não constava nenhum telefone para contato e eu estava sem wifi? Após conversar com sua superior, ofereceu-nos um apto na Alta que não aceitamos devido a dificuldade de locomoção! Após termos ficado com as malas na calçada por mais de 1 hora esperando por uma solução que não veio, acabamos ficando lá mesmo. O mais absurdo é que soubemos pelo serviço de limpeza que na verdade estavam sem elevador há mais de DOIS meses!! Senti- me ENGANADA! Onde fica a responsabilidade da Linc e da Hotéis.com? Eu tinha opções na Alta mais baratas, inclusive, mas optei pagar e muito bem pelo conforto do elevador e da localização. Jamais esperava ficar na mão sem ao menos um pedido de desculpa ou reembolso pelo transtorno que nos causaram na véspera de Natal! Simplesmente lavaram as mãos! Um absurdo!!!
