Excellent hotel for a vacation in Rome
We used the hotel for 3 nights and would happily stay there again. A short walk from the station and easy access to transport to get around Rome. Excellent friendly staff, super breakfast to set you up for the day and a lovely quiet room. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well. Superb.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were outstanding. Our room was cool and such a respite after a hot day in Rome.

Excellent ‘smooth’ hotel
Excellent hotel - very well located for all tourist spots and plenty of places to eat. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and the amenities are great. We stayed when the temperature was 37 degrees and the air con kept the room ice cold. Breakfast is very good buffet style and the meals in the courtyard at the rear were reasonable as well. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Very good 8.0
Room was very noisy due to some type of machinery just outside of room. There was a veranda attached to the room, but there were no chairs there to sit on. The staff were very good and spoke English very well. Lots of really good restaurants in the area.

Great hotel and location
Very central. Appreciated the upgrade to larger room. Everyone very helpful and attentive and all spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, but wasn't too impressed with dinner.

Stylish boutique hotel in an attractive area.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay for a sight seeing trip to Rome, and had dinners at the hotel on our arrival and for the Saturday night buffet - both were excellent and good value. Location is slightly outside the centre but the area is pleasant (opposite the British Embassy) and near to bus, train and metro stations. We would stay here again.

Great hotel good location
Great hotel. Staff were really helpful with advise and organising transport to the airport. We arrived at about 12.00 and although check wasn't until 14.00 the reception staff arranged for our room to be made ready so we could check in by 12.45. Good choice of food for breakfast and rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel is about 30-40 minutes walk to the city centre which meant it wasn't noisy at night, but plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great Staff, Good Location & Nice Breakfast
My wife and I stayed at Smooth Hotel Termini over a long weekend for the Wales vs Italy rugby. The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk to the Coliseum, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. We got a cab to the Vatican which cost around 15 Euro. The area around the hotel has a few small shops for buying bottles of water etc, a few nice restaurants and a really nice wine bar/wine merchant. All the hotel staff are very professional and friendly. Special mention to the barman who worked hard and was very pleasant. We booked the smallest room option and unsurprisingly there wasn't too much space. It may be worth paying a bit extra to upgrade if you want more room to move around and store items. It was very quiet on each of our four nights and we didn't once get disturbed. We choose to eat-out every night but the hotel does offer a set lunch and dinner menu that looked really nice and was very well priced. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was also very good. A small selection of cold meat and cheese, pastries, fruit juices and cereal along with sausage, scrambled egg and bacon. There is also an option to have fresh eggs cooked for a small additional fee. There is another Smooth Hotel a few blocks away so one tip would be to keep the address on your phone so you can easily reference it when asked by taxi drivers. Overall we were pleased with all aspects of the hotel and would return the next time we venture to the wonderful city of Rome.
