Really nice hotel, quite small room but very new and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for train station, not much going on nearby at night

Fair 4.0
Not as expected
The rook is too small for 2 people. The bed was also very small and you had to climb over to get into bed. Staff were not helpful or knowledgeable about area or transportation. The bar was not open as advertised

Excellent location
The pant iron is not needed in the room all the time and it take up space.

Everything you need / Convenient location
We stayed in this hotel about 6 days in early February, The hotel is a short walk from Shimbashi station. If you happened to arrive from Haneda Airport, it takes only 25-30min train and from the station, takes 5-10min to walk to the hotel. The front desk staff speak really good english however in the evening sometimes the staff would be someone that speak some english or not at all. If you need something always speak to the staff daytime. The service were always great! Strange things, they give us ALL the free bottle of water of the week in once, we had like 12 bottle of water the first day! As others said, the room is pretty small but has everything you need they even provide you with charger for your phone, all the bathroom essential, even the mouthwash! Our bathroom was slightly larger than the previous hotel was had the last time in Tokyo. The Wifi worked great and was fast. Every evening I would put our 2 large luggage in the short hallway in front of the door to have a decent space to walk around. The area of Ginza VERY busy during the day abd it's quiet at night. There is 24h Donki down the street and beside is a 24h supermarket so if you are night bird like us it's perfect. A Family Mart is accross street also 24/7 and you can find some 24h restaurant as well around Shimbashi station. It was really a great stay, I would definitely come back!
