The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them.

Somente não gostei da questão do estacionamento. Quando cheguei no hotel o atendente que por sinal, muito educado e prestativo disse que o hotel não tinha estacionamento. Eu disse que no anúncio o hotel tinha o símbolo. Ele disse que eu deveria ter dado um clique no item estacionamento e lá iria mostrar que o estacionamento era fora do hotel e que o mesmo tinha um convênio com estacionamento ao lado. Resumido. Tive que arcar com mais 160,00 reais . Sentir enganado com a propaganda.

Excelente acomodação, café da manhã muito bom e variado, quartos espaçosos (tem até cofre), chuveiro ótimo, bar/rooftop bem gostoso pra passar um tempo, e fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos da Lapa e bairros vizinhos (e bem tranquilo de conseguir Uber para os bairros mais longes). Recomendo super!
