Spacious room compared to the price and Xbox is fantastic. Only disappointment was commuting which was quite difficult for those who don't have their own vehicles.
Absolutely lovely modern hotel just a few minutes walk from Kamala beach restaurants and beach. Lots of mod cons and lovely little pools attached to some of the rooms. Superb breakfast and staff (make sure you give them all the keys back at the end as they get a little upset if you can’t find them). Little tip use the app grab for taxis in Phuket they are everywhere and much cheaper than the hotel prices
I stayed in room 2103 and there was very loud noise at 8am in the morning from a machine for the swimming pool. I complained to the staff on the first day and they promised that it will not happen again, but the noise persisted on the following day. I phoned the reception every 10 mins starting from 8am. Although they kept saying someone is going to turn off the machine but nothing happened. It was finally switched off at around 9am. The reception even stopped picking up my call when I was trying to chase them in order to get some sleep. Avoid this place if you do not plan to wake up early in the morning.
The general hotel is nice Our dedicated room which was road side , was way too loud ! So I made the front desk aware of the issue and they changed our room. Which I was very grateful and happy about. So when booking or checking in make sure you don’t get a road side room. The location of the hotel is super convenient to get to the beach and the town.
This place exceeded all of my expectations. It’s high tech, clean, spacious and the bed so so comfy! The staff was absolutely amazing and helped us out with anything, even upgraded us to a third floor room vs the first floor room we originally got. It’s literally a two minute walk to the beautiful breach and the area is nice and quiet but not too far from the city part. However I was hit with like a 50 dollar fee that was not mentioned on this booking site. Other than that it was totally worth the money!
Just a beautiful hotel, top notch service & employees
I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was modern and new. We had a 2 bedroom room with a plunge pool. It was amazing! The service was wonderful, and it was a 3 minute walk to Kamala Beach. The kids enjoyed Netflix and then Xbox on a rainy morning. The full kitchen was convenient and we stocked up on supplies from Big C. The transportation services from the hotel were overpriced, as well as the food. We never saw anyone eat dinner there in our week stay. The room service was convenient, but extremely small portions for the price. The room could have used a deep clean, but overall clean and tidy. It is located nearby the beautiful beach and several beach side restaurants. We especially like Lillo’s food and service. We really appreciated the abundance of free bottled water and overall experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The hotel and room is beautiful. Amenities are great. The only complain I have is the housekeeping was not done properly - floor mats were not changed, room floor wasn't clean (dirt we spotted and left there were still there after housekeeping was done!)), tooth brushes were not replaced with new ones (had to request).
Firstly, a word of warning: the pictures of this hotel don’t accurately reflect reality. Perhaps they were taken when the hotel first opened however it is already showing signs of wear and tear, and quite frankly bad maintenance. It felt quite grubby in parts. We stayed in a two bed apartment and there were greasy finger marks on walls and doors. It’s as though housekeeping just couldn’t be bothered to do a proper clean. Both lots of room service we ordered or separate days still had dirty plates sitting outside the front door - even though housekeeping came daily. Eventually I had to ask at the front desk for it to be removed. There was a loud noise in the second bedroom roof at certain times of the day, which we were told is the pool pump. To be fair the hotel did address our complaint immediately and offered to move us, however we chose to stay in the room as were told the noise wouldn’t be on at night (which it wasn’t) how if you like day naps we could see this being annoying. The hotel front desk didn’t seem particularly organised and didn’t have records of our booking inclusive of breakfast, and were trying to charge for breakfast again. When we produced the Hotels.com booking, they asked for a photo of it - this happened twice. On the plus side, the food at the hotel was excellent - room service in particular. Breakfast was good though slightly lacking in variety. The location is spot on for Kamala beach (a few mins walk).
Don’t stay here!! On our first full day we had $200 US dollars stolen from one of their maintenance staff. Our TV’s in the bedroom were not working and while they were working on them (4 men came in the room) we decided to step out for a quick bite to the beach..my niece left her backpack in the room in the corner (hard to see) and when she came back she was counting her money and noticed $200 of the $500 she had in the backpack were gone... hotel staff was immediately notified and since we could pinpoint who it could of been, out of the 4 men, we’re thinking this could be resolved fast but no... the on duty manager was helpful in getting the police involved immediately but the person or owner in charge didn’t give a hoot about what happened or that it was “obvious” that one of his personnel was clearly involved. In their eyes it was 100% my nieces fault (who is young) and in the end they refused to take some ownership in the issue... then annoyingly we had no choice but to stay there, as there was nothing else available in the area to fit our needs...it was awkward waking in/out of the hotel and seeing the people who may have stolen for us. The “slap in the face” came when we checked out. We closed out our bill about 2 hours before actually leaving the hotel and as we were walking out the door to our waiting taxi, they made us wait while they went upstairs to make sure we did not “incur charges” during that 2 hour period waiting for our taxi! Shameful! Don’t stay here!!!
