Spent 5 night in Cheltenham, location was very good, within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet despite being quite central. Booked the Sienna room which was spacious however, unfortunately, didnt make use of the patio as it seemed dirty and uncared for making it unappealing to spend time in. Otherwise room was ok, bed was comfortable and good size, and appreciated the complementary really nice coffee. Thank you!

The staff were great and Roy, the manager, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room (suite) was wonderful and had all the amenities we could want. The property is located in a quiet section only a block or so away from many restaurants and shopping. Transportation by bus was nearby and the trains were within a short bus ride. We would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place.

Excellent location, accommodation and service.

Communication before we arrived was excellent and we were fortunate enough to be able to access the apartment early which was much appreciated. The accommodation is in an excellent location, minutes from Cheltenham town centre. It is really well appointed and welcoming with everything you need for a short stay. The pint of milk, tea & coffee was appreciated. Bed large and comfortable, living area great as well. Only down point was the 10am check out on a Sunday - was a bit early!

Perfect stay in Cheltenham

We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended.
