Fair 4.0
Nice misleading images& thank god I was only on a business trip. Had to book another container(room) as my colleague is quite large. As for the restaurant it was Pizza or pizza or go hungry. Bed was very comfortable along with the ants.

A lovely place to stay
We stayed in mid Feb on a particularly cold night but our cabin was warm and cosy. My daughter and I loved the quirkiness of the cabin. The bed was very comfortable and the whole cabin was clean. Staff were very friendly. Worth knowing the main entrance closes at 9pm until 10am although there is a code to get in and out. Our stay was only an overnight stop on our way to Harry Potter Studios the following day so we didn’t experience the amenities or the attached Gullivers land. Wedo however llook forward to returning with the rest of the family for a longer stay

Quiet Place to Stay Off the Beaten Track
This place is a little hard to find but the staff were very helpful. It is in quite a quiet location and there is a little walk between the lodges and the car park. I stayed in a lodge which was really nice - big, very clean, comfortable and well equipped if you fancied self-catering. The only down side was that it was a bit cold on arrival as the heating was turned off. It might have been a nice touch to turn it on before guests arrived since the weather was quite cold and it took a while to warm up inside however, this was a minor niggle. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as it was really fun. I loved the setting and the lodge was perfect to get away for a quiet few days. I will definitely stay here again.

Overnight stay on business trip. We had some difficulty finding check in as we arrived after dark in winter (4:30pm) and could not see any signage or directions (they are there but are not obvious or illuminated). It’s actually quite easy as you park in the main resort car park and walk in via the main resort gate using a door in the shutters (which may be closed). Then keep walking past the shops and restaurants and the office is on the left. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very quirky (themed) and very clean. The accommodation was chosen as it was cheaper than other hotels and had all you need for an overnight stay. It was small but fine for one or two staying, it would be crowded if you are staying with children but I guess they would love the character of the place. The only slight negative was that aside from a couple of coat hooks, there is no wardrobe or storage in the room. As it was out of season the resort restaurants were shut and so a drive was needed for dinner. Although the office closes at 6pm, the key fob shows the key codes to use for the resort gate and car park barrier which are both locked out of hours. One point to remember is for when you leave, make a note of the car park barrier code before you post your key back in the office otherwise you won’t get out!
