Noisy and full of cockroaches
All rooms are noisy from 2 sources. The interior patio with a gigantic echo and exterior busy street. I stayed 2 nights and each night I found a cockroach the size of my index finger. WIFI is extremely slow and unreliable. Mediocre at best. You can easily find better in Merida and that's what I did.
