We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was very cozy, welcoming, and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing staff member from Poland, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was always happy to help and even assisted us with drying our shoes after we got completely soaked while visiting a waterfall. Her kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and quality food. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iceland. This hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s so clean and beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. For example, when we checked out early, they prepared croissants to take away. We also forgot our water bottle on reception when leaving, but one of the staff members ran it to us in a car park! The restaurant on site is fabulous. The food is really good, and the atmosphere is nice. The views are breathtaking. There’s also a sauna, which is a nice touch. The Black Beach Walk is also scenic.
