Great location, no so great hotel
The location was perfect but that's the only positive thing I can think of. On arrival check-in took a long time and the guy on reception said only 2 words to us so not quite the warm welcome we expected. We were then put into a small attic room which had a very strong damp smell and moult on the walls. The TV didn't work, the water in the bathroom ran cold and the windows were single glazed so we were continously disturbed by traffic and church Bells.

One of my worst experiences. Had such a great time in Amsterdam; not so much in the hotel. At night, I woke up several times feeling itchiness. The next morning, I woke up with several red circles around my body. Little did I know, I was bitten by bed bugs. Both me and my friend got bites from separate beds. Would not recommend staying here.
