Reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful. Took the hotel shuttle to the mall, they only offer one way one time but it was helpful. Breakfast was good hot and cold options. Quiet stay, slept well. Does not have a fridge or micro but coffee stop in lobby and restaurant area for breakfast. One block walk to walmart. You could walk to the Mall as well but a little farther out.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good for this type of hotel. In the room, there was not Little refrigerator, so for the water it was tough. Because in Puerto Vallarta you need to buy bottle of water. This was not convenient.

The room was clean, shower was nice with good pressure.. We had a city view which was neat to see the pool was clean and not overly used. We had the continental breakfast, which had fresh fruit and cold cuts with cheese and tomatoes, cuts, cheese, coffee and juice. Easy walk to rhythm of the night and a couple other restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much.

6/10 Good

The room view was great! The breakfast was also plentiful. The front desk service was excellent. The only downside was that they didn't change the sheets from the previous guests. I booked three rooms, and two of the beds had sand and wrinkles, and also smelled bad! Very disappointing, especially considering the price wasn't cheap!

Property is close to shopping & the airport. Staff is very helpful. Continental breakfast has more than enough selections. They even gave us a bag lunch to bring to the airport.

One night stay in Puerto Vallarta

It was a comfortable overnight stay. We have been coming to PV for years and only needed a one night stay after a road trip. Everything was good, even the breakfast which I was not sure about after reading some of the reviews. Would stay again for an overnighter.
