For those who know people from Java, this hotel is no exception…the staff is super nice, dedicated My first stay in this hotel was in 2018 it was brand new. 5 years after everything is dirty…also for expedia gold do not count on any perks…upgrades are only reserved to marriot bonway clients… in other words i will never be back there….despite the kindness of the staff

We had a fantastic time, the room was small but cozy and very clean. The hotel is right in the center so can get to East south and west Jakarta easily. The staff was amazing from Tiwi helping so much with anything from checking in to helping us grab a beer, and Satrio at the bar was super friendly and helpful. Both of them made it fun to hang around downstairs. We will be back on our next stay in Jakarta !

Lovely hotel. I really liked the design of the rooms! Very modern and huge bed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Swimming pool and gym were both nice! If I had one very minor criticism it would be that the water in the shower could have been a bit hotter!
