    The room is spacious. Still some service fault as we have been waiting for our bags in the room for an hour (made a phone call to urge) until I personally came down to talk to the staff. Yet staff is sincere and trying their best to give you their best service. Considering the price it is still recommended

    Apartment great and very clean. Realistically possible to self cater in the apartment. Lots of convenience shops nearby. Good food options a short distance away. Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff there are outstanding. Unfortunately the view of the apartment was obscured by a giant 40 level apartment mega complex being constructed next door. Beach is across the road. This end if the beach is not nearly as pleasant as further East, up the beach. Still best part of the beach is only 10 min walk away.

    Value for money

    My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights last week. The price including breakfast is value-for-money. The rooms are big and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym room facilities. Others travellers have commented that the elevators are a bit slow, which is true. It can take 5 minutes for you to get on one in peak hours, but that’s fine for me. Also, the bed is a bit soft but it’s also acceptable for me.

    I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with stunning view at the first night! Room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I moved into a two bedrooms apartment when two friends and also amazing! All the staff are super nice and welcoming, made our Vietnam trip unforgettable! Sorry forgot most of your names but we will always remember the joy you brought us while staying at your hotel. Yummy Breakfast was served at the 32th floor with great view. The staff in the restaurant were great as well, Linh was the wonderful waitress who looked after us every morning!!! 10 out of 10 hotel!!!

    It is a building with hotel rooms and residential units. Bad lift traffic design, huge comparison with the ground floor lobby and the main reception lobby. Room is clean and everything in a good condition.
