Fair 4.0
Fantastic friendly reception staff and first impressions were good but the room although new had stains on the wall near the bed. It looked rushed the finish round the sockets and kitchen units poor quality. The salt coming out of the brickwork left piles and piles of dust around the windows. Also couldn’t use my straighteners as the only mirror was in the bathroom. There was a smell coming from the shower so I lifted the plug/trap and the smell and dirt was vile. Very disappointing but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Poor 2.0
No air con, so rooms are boiling. Decor is basic at best, rooms look unfinished - no hooks or rails in bathroom, but there are clips. Stairwell (staying on first floor, so not using very slow lift) is dirty and part renovated. Wifi was temperamental at best. On street parking does not look secure, and you have to be away by 8am when the no stopping restrictions come into force. There appears to be air con function (controls and outlets) but it just rattles when turned on. Reception said there is no air con in the building when asking to be moved to one which works. Each room appears to have own boiler and some make an incredibly loud drone when active - which as it is a warm July night is something a lot of residents are having to do to cool down. Could be a decent place but they've clearly cut too many corners. No hangers in the room, desk but no appropriate chair, kitchenette is only a microwave, there is a switch for a cooker, but no cooker or hob. Would also be cautious in deep winter - heating provision is one tiny radiator. Even for the excellent price, avoid. Stayed in better, cheaper hostels.

Poor 2.0
Terrible hotel, avoid
This place was awful. At 6am I was waked up by the washing machines placed on top of my room. The entire room vibrated due to this for more than one hour. The air-conditioning was not working and instead a fan was placed in the room which could hardly due anything (Note: Fans can't drop the temperature they just move the same air from one corner of the room to another). The bad stuff don't stop here: The wall in the room where dirty, the bed sheets stained and left the impression that either they weren't changed before arrival or they didn't bother to iron them. The shower pressure was incredible weak and the hot water was not so hot. The fridge provided in the room had a higher temperature than the room itself. I stayed in hotels with less advertised starts before but this one was by far the worst in every aspect.

Poor 2.0
Double bed lol
The room had a double bed head board and a three quarter bed. The hotel states a noise no nonsense policy but at three forty in the morning neighbouring rooms decided to party till six after we left . It’s not a hotel for £99.00 a night more like a hostel . Would never use again
