The hotel location is great, the staff are very attentive and helpful. It was a little bit complicated to find the hotel, on the app does not show the entrance big door I got an email "how to get there" 2 days after I arrived. My recomendación for the hotel management is to improve the bathroom cleaning. There are very good restaurants and rooftop near de hotel.

The rooms were super clean, spacious and quiet. You can order the breakfast the nighr before and is brought to your room. The staff was super friendly and responsive during work hours 10am-7pm. We were able to leave our bags after check out for a couple of hours and use the restroom as well. The only thing I’d suggest for the propety (not the hotel) overall is to do better maintenance to the elevator as had too much dust which continously gave us allergies. The location is convenient and you can easily catch a bus, metro or walk to major places.

The space was perfect. The room was clean, the bathroom was very spacious and accommodating. We were greeted by the front desk staff whenever we entered or left if they were on duty. Any special requests we had were met and breakfast was served promptly every morning.
