Shinsaibashi hotel
Hotel is in a very good location, but the rooms are so small that you are not even to put tyour luggage anywhere. The twin room is actually a single room with 2 single beds squeezed inside. The staff are also not exactly helpful, let alone friendly...

Poor 2.0
Price was reasonable however room was small for 2 adults and 2 children. We requested for extra bedding during reservation but did not receive any reply if this was possible. If we were informed that they cannot provide the extra bedding, we would have cancel our reservation. End up 4 if ya gotta to squeeze on 2 single beds and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. When requesting for extra pillows for my children, I was told that they ran out of them and can only provide 1 instead of 2. We had a bad time and could not sleep well for my entire 5 nights stay. The hotel does not even have basic cutlery when I requested for 2 sets of knife and fork, they can only provide 1 spoon citing that they do not have it. My room carpet was not vacuum for my 5 days stay at all. Will not recommend or visit again.

We were Given a room outside the emergency exit, location of hotel not easy to find. Price is a bit high with this quality of room

Good stay
Breakfast was good but with limited seats, so you need to be there early. There were only about less than 10 channels on the TV. Mini Bar is totally empty and there were no bottled water so you got to buy it from the convenience store. Overall, it was a good stay, thank you! Check in was simple and quick, I had no problems with the room.
