A beautiful hotel with friendly staff, very clean room, with great amenities, in an amazing location - right on the seafront! Very quiet and peaceful, very comfy beds and very accommodating with infants - cot provided free. Would definitely return again!!!

There is no way that this hotel deserves its 9 out of 10 rating. Whilst it is good there are too many deficiencies - it is understaffed, I was given misleading information on checkin (corrected the following day) and the breakfast is well below average for a 4-star Israeli hotel. Nevertheless, the cost for our two rooms was good value, when compared with other hotels in the area.

This hotel has taken a long time to build but finally opened its doors in August 2017. However, I understand it only started serving food in October 2017 due to a delay in getting its kosher license. This might go some way towards explaining the tale of two situations I will explain. Firstly the overall look of the hotel, inside and out is very impressive. The bedrooms are superb with comfortable beds, a sea view, lovely bathroom and effective soundproofing. Even the soaps, shampoos etc are top quality. BUT the breakfast experience was somewhat challenging. With 60 bedrooms just a dozen or so tables in the ground floor lobby is really not adequate. As said, food service has only recently been introduced and the staff were in chaos. There were 7 members of staff (including some drafted in from Reception) to serve 12 tables. Some were running up and down, others wandered around trying to find who had ordered the food they were carrying and shouting was heard from the kitchen. My simple request for toast and jam took 35 minutes to come during which no less than 3 ‘waiters’ checked my order. When it arrived, it consisted of two tiny pieces of toast. Is bread expensive in Israel. It was clear that the hotel management were aware of this mayhem so hopefully they will train their staff and bring the food service up to the excellent level of the rest of the hotel.

Could have been a 5 star experience but...the customer service was lousy. They didn’t smile at you at check in (no masks so can't use that excuse). They were practically barking at every request. The people behind the counter were speaking a foriegn language to each other about everything. Very often you'd call the front desk and you'd get a machine! However, if not for the horrible customer service experience it would have been GREAT. Fantastic location and spacious rooms. A real shame. Hopefully they will give their frint desk employees a customer service workshop ASAP.

Azimut Hotel is in a gorgeous area of Netanya. The hotel is fairly basic by American standards. No tissues, no face towels. The front desk was very helpful with anything. Housekeeping sucks. We were 2 in the room yet received 1 bath and face towel on 2 different days. Semi clean.

Впечатление на 3!! Пришлось выпрашивать тапочки! На двоих положили три капсулы кофе(то есть одну нужно было поделить на двоих)! Убрано плохо,возле кровати валялись остатки бижутерии,кем то утеряные. Кондиционер через час работы начал выдавать тёплый воздух.
