I have been a regular visitor to this hotel since 4 years ago. I stay here everytime, I visit Istanbul. The staff and facilities were great, especially the young gentlmen doing the bell service. His name was Baran. I found him to be polite, disciplined, and quite resolute. I am sure he will be a high raking figure in his future life. Hope to see the facility again.

The experience was great. The staff were professional and very polite. The only thing that requires attention is the comfort level of the pillows. One pillow was too low and two pillows were too high. Also, I expected the pillows to be more comfortable than what they were.
