Fab stay in Florence
Wonderful trip. Great location to walk to all tourist sites. Hotel was very comfortable, clean and we had an excellent view of the Duomo. Friendly staff that accommodated all requests and were very helpful in providing recommendations. Kitchen and lounge area provided a nice relaxation area after a busy day os sightseeing. Would definitely recommend

The only issue we had was if you follow directions from hotels address it takes you to the wrong address and there is only a small sign on the front door. Apart from that excellent.

A home from home in Florence
Staying at the San Giuliano Inn is a bit like having your very own pied-à-terre in the centre of one of Europe's most beautiful cities. It is located a short walk from the train station and, more importantly, very close to all the magnificent buildings of Florence. But you could easily miss it. It is hidden, almost unidentified, behind a huge old fashioned wooden door which leads into a cavernous, gloomy and slightly spooky apartment vestibule with a tiny ancient lift which can just about accommodate two people carrying a couple of suitcases. San Guiliano is on the top floor and turns out to be an unexpected delight. It is beautifully and classically decorated, with (in our case) a decent size room and the most fantastic view of the awe-inspiring dome of the Duomo cathedral. Guests can take advantage of a useful communal kitchen, which is well stocked with complimentary beers, wine, sparkling wine, hot beverages and treats such as biscuits, croissants and the most exquisite chocolates. There is also a small and elegant lounge. Perhaps best of all at the San Guiliano is the warm welcome from the charming and helpful host, Bryan, who greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and was keen to ensure that everything was to our liking.

Perfection in Florence
The San Giuliano Inn was simply perfect! It was new and fresh and clean. The staff was absolutely delightful and so kind and attentive. Location was wonderful and only a short walk to all major sites. Could not recommend this location more highly.

Very good 8.0
Very stylish boutique. Great service . Warm room
Very pretty boutique B&B. Right around the corner from Michelangelo’s David. Walkable to the train stations. They had a lot of nice touches like water, beer, wine and snacks . The only critique I would give is the room was very warm. The AC didn’t cool the room well. A ceiling fan would have been nice to circulate the air, as I realize old buildings in Florence are hard to keep cool.
