The hotel cleanliness and bed sheet is totally terrible and unacceptable. There are many small brown color insects on the bed sheet in the first day of move in. I am so scared!! This is the first time I cam across such situation over the past 20 years of travel experience. Even though they change room for me, I basically cannot sleep. I really want to change hotel but cannot because I have paid in full amount via Expedia. I will never never stay in Hilton hotel in the future !!!
