Exceptional 10.0
Good experience
Feels like a new hotel. Comfort and clean facilities. Good coffee and resting area on the ground floor. Good service. A bit of walk from the train station but still within walking distance. Convenient store nearby. Good cherry blossom location nearby. Recommend!

Exceptional 10.0
Good value for money
Although one of the smallest rooms I’ve been in Tokyo, certainly one of the neatest and most comfortable ones due to smart design. The hotel is new and very clean. We where on the 10h floor and although there was some noise from the nearby highway it didn’t affect our sleep. The air conditioning though is quite noisy at times so we kept it switched off during the night as it wasn’t essential. The reception staff wanted to charge us ¥1000 for an hour early check in which was annoying but they were also happy for us to wait instead in the lounge offering free coffee which was actually nicer than resting in the room after the long flight. The location is very close to Tokyo station which is convenient. Overall quite good.

Very good 8.0
Convenient, clean, great service! Thumbs up!
Location was great, within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Lots of food and convenient stores around the area too. Area is very safe. Hotel service is great! We also appreciate the complimentary coffee provided at the lobby (not many hotels provide complimentary coffee especially good ones like Belken provides). Room is small but that was expected of hotels here in this city. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries needed so that was nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good 8.0
Very convenient and comfortable hotel well located. If you stay in the lower levels of the hotel, the noise of the parkway nearby may be bothersome
