City Hall Grand Hotel
Cool place
Wonderful place to stay, more like a cool, private bed and breakfast space than a hotel (minus the breakfast...). We didn't see anyone else the whole time so it felt like we had the place to ourselves -- there's no lobby or front desk, so we literally felt like the only ones there.

Weekend in Williamsport
Our stay at the Grand City Hotel was great! We arrived at night and easily found our reserved parking spot (which is numbered the same as your room). Since it was nighttime my wife was slightly creeped out by the building and walking into a dimly lit lobby (especially since there is not staff on site), but once we got inside the automatic lights turned on and it was ok. We made our way up to the room and just typed in the code given to us, and went inside! The room was wonderfully decorated and so refreshing compared to your average hotel room. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. There was a lounge just outside our 3rd floor room with keurig coffee, mugs, vending, and glassware if you brought wine or anything similar. Overall the stay was awesome and very simple! My quick list of pros and cons is below. Pro: Refreshing escape from boring hotel rooms Easy check in - check out Reserved parking spot Walking distance to a bunch of cool restaurants Comfy bed Comfy Lounge with glassware/coffee/vending Cons: A little creepy at night (Specific to our room) Shower looked awesome but because it is so open it never really warmed up the area

Interesting hotel
This place is strange but in a good way. I would not want to arrive here alone at night. Although the place seemed secure, I was a bit wary parking behind the building and walking through the empty halls to my room. Room itself was great. Very comfy and modern bathroom. Huge TV too!

City Hall Grand Hotel
The most uniquely wonderful hotel in Williamsport!
The reuse of this beautiful property for a totally unique hotel is a wonderful addition to downtown Williamsport. Old City Hall is a very short walk to both Lycoming College and the beautiful shops, bars and restaurants of Market Street. I would definitely book again, the exposed beams-gorgeous shower-fabulous in room kitchen area were without parallel in the Port. The only thing that would make the stay even better would be a more comfortable bed (felt a bit like a fancy air-mattress).
