Excellent location. The hotel is newer, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a great variety but they can improve it a little with bacon, toppings for the granola bar, cucas. The pool was a little dirty the day we went to see it. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and sheets. The shower has good pressure. Overall it was really good. I would stay there again.

Pessoal do café da manhã não tão educado ao retirar o café e não perguntam nada, o café era mediano. Não tem estacionamento próprio e você paga 40 reais por dia, já conhecia a rede pelo Rio de Janeiro e fiquei um pouco decepcionado, não voltaria ao de Gramado assim como já voltei várias vezes no do Rio. No mais tem ótima localização.

Muito ruim, hoje um hotel grande que não tem TV smart, não um.bom, hotel, café da manhã tem até variedade , mais tudo bem razoável o sabor, equipe sem nenhuma simpatia, ainda no final falaram que ru tinha bebido 2 águas e um kit kat, um absurdo por que não usei, não teve nem reposição de frigobar pois não usei, ainda ouvi da moça da recepção que se a senhora está dizendo vou tirar, ficamos um dia sem aparecer ninguém para limpar o quarto, única vantagem é por que é perto do centro.
