تجربة سيئه
بصراحه الشقق لا بأس بها تمام لكن واجهتني مشاكل كثيرة من اول يرم وصول حجزت عن طريق التطبيق ولما وصلت الساعه 3ونص الطبيعي استلم شقتي بما انهم سحبوا المبلغ كامل حق ايام الإقامة لقيت موظف الاستقبال متلخبط ومو عارف يتصرف لما سالت عن الوضع اتفاجاء انه ماعنده خير لحجوزات النت ويتصل على المسؤؤل جواله مغلق والشقق فل والوضع اكس بس الله يجزاه خير الاخ فكري في الاستقبال اعطاني سويت نرتاح فيه ع بال تتنظف شقه واستلمها وبالفعل وفى بوعده وسلمني الشقه جينا ع موظفين الخدمه للاسف اطلب منه تنظيف الشقق يرفض ويقول مو فاضي كلمي الاستقبال وموظف الاستقبال يقول مضغوطين معليش بعد صلاة العشاء ينظفون لكم خرجنا ورجعنا الساعه 1ونص الشقه للاسف مااتنظفت ثاني يوم نظفوها؛وجددت يوم وسألتهم عن التكلفه قال الاخ عبدالعزيز موظف الاستقبال 300ريال اجي وقت الشيك أوت اتفاجاء انه يسحب من بطاقتي الائتمانية 404ريال من دون يبلغني ليه؟يقول ابو ريان قال كذا مثل مااخذتي من الموقع التكلفه مع العلم ان ايجار اليوم 300ريال من اول يوم وصلت وانا ماادري امر غريب الي اعرفه الحجز عن طريق التطبيق يعطيني خصم إضافي في جميع الدول والفنادق عن السعر المحلي ؛خلاصة الموضوع تلاعب بالاسعار عدم الالتزام بسعر ثابت مافي امانه ولا ثقه ومره ثانيه الاستاذ فكري حل الموضوع لأني رفضت وبشدة الامر وكنت راح اطلب الشرطه لكن قال خذي حسابك الباقي وحقك واعتذر انسان يخاف الله وجدا محترم وخلوق وخدوم بصراحه اذا نزلتوا في نفس الشقق اذا موجود الاستاذ فكري خلوا تعاملكم معاه غيره لا نصيحه لوجه الله وعن جد تجربة سيئه بالنسبه ليا ماافكر أكررها
