This was our 4th and last hotel of a 14 day trip and they were amazing the hotel is beautiful new and modern. Rooms are very sound proofed there was a couple with a baby across the hall from us once you closed the door you never heard a sound. the room has a in room tablet that can be used to order room service (which was some of the best room service food I have ever eaten) or ask the staff questions large spacious room and bathroom very nice work out facility in the Spa and the Elevator goes directly to the Spa so you dont have to walk through the lobby in your work out gear. Very short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Our new favorite hotel in London.

What a let down...
Hi, Spent the weekend (2 nights). Let's start with the positives: - La Dame de Pic: Clearly the hotel best asset, amazing food and wine, complemented with perfect front of house and management. Can't recommend it enough, they really deserve a second star. - Spa: The therapists/treatment were good/very good (see below for the rest). - Bar: Some great cocktails and a passionate Spanish mixologist (sorry I forgot your name) Now for the issues: - After being open for 9 months, still not having mobile coverage inside the building (and no notice at any point) is an issue. - Hotel food: We had ok bar food but breakfast is well below any competitor (limited choice, pain au chocolat from the day before) and late in-room dinner atrocious (burger tasteless but ok-ish, the soup and pasta non-edible). - Front of house: Breakfast: Asked for a green juice and an orange juice: got 2 orange juices. Asked for white and granary toasts, only got (cold) granary ones. - Lack of ownership/communication between team: Multiple issues with spa booking, no communication between teams. - Management response: Management response to complain was abysmal. They initially offered to remove breakfast from the bill (so about £30 off a £2700 invoice). Was first Four Seasons visit (usually staying at Mandarin) and seriously damaged the brand, I'm not looking forward to another visit. Issues can and happen (not that many...) but how you deal with them is what customers remember.

Very Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
Very comfortable rooms with great amenities; location is excellent right next to Tower Hill tube station making it easy to get anywhere on the underground. Tower of London is just across the street. In fact, on the Yeoman Warder Tour I went on, the Yeoman Warder actually pointed out the building this hotel is in from within the Tower of London just because he likes how the building looks. My only regret is that I didn't go down to the pool in this hotel until the last night of my stay. The pool area is quite nice with a wonderful "vitality pool" that is essentially a very large hot tub with several different massaging water jets / air bubbling stations within the pool. It is very relaxing after walking around London tourist sites all day.

An overall excellent hotel. Could work on food. Orange and grapefruit juice are not served freshly squesed. The fruit was old. Th muffins not extraordinary. Did not , therefore try your other restaurants. Other than the a Obed mentioned we had a very pleasant stay. The staff directing reception and the main considere, Daniel, the bartender, Jesus, extraordinary, the receiving staff very helpfull and polite. The decor outstanding. I would though, as a tourist, prefer a more central position. Perhaps your Four Seasons at Mayfair.

The room was amazing. So well thought out, everything you would want has already been anticipated. Completely quiet and comfortable, especially the bed. Perfect after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly, polite and professional in every way. We ordered room service once and I think the food was some of the best we had in London. We will definitely be back.
