My stay was amazing. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful for a check in after hours, the facilities and rooms were impeccable. Although it is outside Innsbruck as well as a little outside the centre of Hall in Tirol, the train station is within walking distance and only takes a few minutes either way. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

There was hair in our beds and my pillowcase smelled like dirty, greasy hair. I had to turn it over and use the other side. There was debris all over the carpet so it clearly had not been vacuumed. In the morning we went down for breakfast but couldn't eat much because all the hot food was cold. If you are thinking here, I would recommend skipping this hotel and staying somewhere else.
