Titanic In name, stay and breakfast rather “damp”
My expectations for my one night stay were high based on my previous stay at Titanic Liverpool a few years ago. My overnight stay was uncomfortable due to malfunctioning air conditioning system and the shower in the morning kept on fluctuating in temperature from cold to very hot. I was on a tight schedule so only able to raise these concerns when I went down for breakfast. The front desk manager seemed sympathetic to my discomfort but gave the usual response of “ we will look into it. Thank you for raising this matters”. This didnot help me in anyway so I felt rather dissatisfied by the outcome. Breakfast was rather disappointing with very few vegetarian option for the main items

Great Stay
Absolutely brilliant! The hotel has great history and character and we were very well looked after. B Bedrooms are very boutique style and quiet. Would definitely recommend. We went for a visit to the Titanic Museum which is fantastic, but discovered HMS Caroline just a 5 min walk away which is well worth a look. The 'wee tram ride' which runs from outside the museum around the area fro 20 min or so is very informative of the history of Harland and Wolff.

Totally loved our stay. Only one let down of the r0 or so channels on the TV we could only get about 3

Everything was wonderful. The only negative point during our whole stay was the lack of friendliness of the waitress who looked after us during dinner. We would have loved to have had a smile. All other staff were most welcoming and friendly.
