The hotel service was 4/10 except the Manager Ekrem (if i remember the name correctly). He helped me to get a reliable taxi especially when I am a foreigner in the country but the hotel staff could have done a better job. There was no plug to charge my phone as my wall plug is from the States and wouldn’t fit in. Upon asking the hotel, they says they only sell it and cannot charge my phone. Later Ekrem, helped me to charge it to book taxi.

The staff was so great. They helpful and knowledgeable. Every time we lost and asked them about it, they have your answer right away. Good teamwork and the quality they provide it’s amazing. Willing to come in the next couple months at the same hotel. Great job guys, keep it up that hard work.

Great reason to stay out of the historic districts
Gym, pool, and sauna facilities are excellent. The gym in particular is deserving of high praise with lots of space and a massive variety of modern machines. Spacious rooms, only approx 30 TL taxi/Uber ride to Forum Istanbul mall. Airport shuttle service isn't cheap but it is well worth the reliability and convemience (comfortable Mercedes van, not shared). Hotel is less than 5 min away by foot to Tuna Caddesi, an avenue with many affordable amenities.

I love the Hotel it had spa swimming pool steam room so its quite good the Metro was not far you can walk it 15 min to get to metro. The thing I did not like is I asked them 3 times for iron board to be put in my room they took 3 days to get it and second at night I asked them for Scissors they said we cant give you scissors because they gave it for someone who had a weeding and in the hotel they only had 1 scissors and I told them when they finish from using the scissors to bring up to my room and they did not so in the morning I went and asked for it again and they still did not get the scissors from the people who was using it.
