Hotel Indigo London - 1 Leicester Square

Stayed overnight for theatre visit, only one lift working, no signage for stairs so…
We could hear the doors slamming all around the hotel. That was very offputting/…

Very good
Hotel Indigo Leicester Square London
The room was very nice however the downside was no window. The bathroom was nice but we didn't know how to close the blind, we don't actually think there was one, we like to be personally solo and private when using the facilities in a hotel bathroom. The lift was very slow so on occasion took to the stairs. The location was fab, on Leicester Square, and a close walking distance to Regent Street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good
Great location but needs some TLC
The staff, service & location save this hotel. Rooms are tiny, cramped & not in good condition. Heating stuck on high, telephone didn’t work, plug in sink didn’t work.....roof terrace is lovely & the staff there & on reception were lovely.

Fair
Disappointed
We stayed for the night and was put into a disabled room - not at our request. When I questioned it on checking out I was told that as I had just booked a standard room that is what I got. The problem was as neither of us were disabled the fact that there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bath Roy was annoying. They could only be placed on a surface in the bedroom and you had to trail backwards and forwards when you needed anything. The location was superb. Staff very polite. Would I stay again? No I’ve had better experiences at premier inn
