On Site Distillery
Nice Inn tucked in a beautiful Glen. Attraction was a very good restaurant and Distillery on site. Took the tour, went to the connected pub to try all of the varieties of whiskey they distill on site, then had a relaxed meal in the upscale restaurant. Employees were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing special about the rooms, but they were clean and comfortable.

Very quaint & friendly with beautiful surroundings, quiet & peaceful country setting . Good food & excellent Celtic music entertainment . An example of Cape Breton hospitality.

The tour of the distillery was interesting. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The gardens on the property were beautifully designed. Dinner was amazing. The chef and server were most accommodating of food allergies and went above and beyond to make a phenomenal meal for us.

A West Cape Breton Island Adventure
The Distillery and the Pub were well worth the extra time to get there. The tour was very interesting and the Pub food was excellent. We were assigned to a Chalet, which was not far away up a rutted gravel path. They appear to be new and we'll maintained. Our server in the Pub referred us to the boardwalk in nearby Inverness where we walked on the long boardwalk at sunset along the sea. Gorgeous. At night, however, the road to the chalets should be illuminated. Other than that - enjoy!

Potholes!!!
We loved the distillery. It was recommended by family. I will be telling people about it too. The problem is the condition of the road. The pot holes arr impossible to avoid. We have a little convertible so we had trouble driving into the distillery.
