We had a lovely stay in Hotel Mi. We left a note while making our booking but that seems to be overlooked, we later got in touch through email and immediately resolved our enquiries.
There were hotel attendants who open the doors for the guest most of the time. The staffs are well presented and mannered. Tracy checked us in and we had no issue.
The room was great apart from a rather weird placement of hangers, which was right above the desk. I also didn't like the lack of hooks to hang our clothes but that's just design flaws.
On the second night we had some maintenance issue but that's just a case of unfortunate and we decided not to report it until we checked out.
The air-conditioning started leaking but it isn't very excessive so a floor mat was a decent temporary resolution.
David helped us with storing our suitcases when we checked out and didn't want to drag them around for a few hours before we continue our journey.
We had a very memorable and great stay!
