Comfortable in paradise
Such a beautiful location! Nice pool and lounge mats by the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated booking a room with AC and was pleasantly surprised with how nice of a view it had. The staff was so nice and helped my friend and I have a wonderful weekend. Saw a Coati on property a couple times, which was super cool! Walkable to so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Easy to rent bikes to get to the ruins and other places nearby.

Beautiful property, zero tranquility
The bungalow itself was wonderful. High up, birds, ocean breeze, waves, and very clean. However, if you haven’t been to Tulum in the last 7-10 years, there is no tranquility left. It is clubs every 2 feet with extremely loud EDM and bad remix recordings competing for decibels. The proximity of this hotel to the street means the music is thumping into the room very late and forget about open windows and that breeze. Then early in the morning starts all the generators to accommodate the increasing crowds. It is a shame, considering how spectacular the beach and this property are.

Great place! We’ll be back here!
This place was everything we hoped. We stayed at a rustic bungalow not far away from the beach, we opened our door and could hear the waves. This is not a party hotel. On the contrary, is a quiet place, with great food and drink service from a restaurant nearby. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, stayed in the OLA suite. It’s a perfect suite for couples and the hotel is good walking distance from restaurants, convenience stores, and clubs. Would recommend to anyone!
