Very good
Great for exploring Rippongi and Omotesando!
I've stayed in a number of hostels and I think First Cabin is my favourite. It doesn't require guests to leave the hostel during the day and there is a sizable locker in my Business Class cabin. There was no queue for shower/powder cubicle when I was there but some female guests may find going to a different floor for shower a bit inconvenient. The hostel is great for exploring Rippongi and Omotesando areas but the walk from the station is around 15 minutes.

Lovely
Lovely hotel. Staff spoke good English. Plenty of room and comfy bed. Already booked into another one :)

Poor
I suggest going elsewhere
I don't know how this place has such good reviews. The bar must be low in Tokyo. - Super hard mattress - Unbelievably noisy - No earplugs provided - Arbitrary rules (you have to up to the 8th floor and return your building badge before leaving) - Early checkout (10am) - Not that cheap (I pad $64 for a "first class" cabin)

Very good
Great stay but area was lacking
The first cabin chain has been excellent for a good place to stay. The Nishi Azabu Location was no exception. The area around Roppongi was a bit odd though considering it is supposed to be an area that has more foreign tourists but every thing was closing by 10pm.

Great stay
Great hotel, comfortable and the capsules were very spacious. The basic business class capsule was more than sufficient and the staff provided new amenities (pajamas, toothbrush, etc) each day. There was the option to have bedsheets changed daily or not depending on whether you left the do not disturb card out when leaving. No alarms allowed in the cabin rooms, which made me nervous in terms of making my flight but didn't end up being an issue. Visitors are given a key card and a key, the key card cannot be taken outside of the building and must be returned/retrieved at the front desk daily. Not close to the subway but only a 10min walk to Roppongi Hills, ~30-45min walk to Shibuya/Shinjuku.
