Brilliantly comfy stay
We were pleasantly surprised. When we tested the mattresses initially we thought they might not be comfy, but we were so wrong. The beds were more comfy than our beds at home. Brilliant night’s sleep for both of us on the two nights we stayed. Staff were super efficient, hard working and lovely, but perhaps could have smiled a bit more. Only thing of wear and tear in the bedroom was bottom of bathroom door was worn (I think from splashback from the shower?). Other than that, the room and bathroom were absolutely immaculate. Very modern and super clean. Pillows soft and plentiful. Curtains heavy and dark so brilliant night’s sleep. Cleaners were lovely and helpful and happy to replenish anything. Food was very tasty. Korean chicken wings were my favourite. Breakfast very good value and wide variety of everything: cereals, fruit, juices, fried brekkie, toast, yoghurts, croissants. Fresh and delicious. Hotel very well situated for central Dublin. Maps on reception. We recommend the bleeding horse pub a 10 minute walk away or Brogans on dame street. However, my companion (who is very fussy) said the best pints of guinness he had on the whole trip were actually the ones he had at the hotel, which pleasantly surprised me.

It work for us but...
It was interesting to stay in a place that didn't have a dresser to use, wash cloths or ice buckets. They were very apologetic but it just seemed odd.

Things to Do!!
Breakfasts overcooked, Chicken curry bland and tasteless, Vegetable Stir Fry excellent. Not enough waiting staff, waited 45 mins for dinner. Wine order delayed after already served beer to one person - had to reorder twice! Inaccurate billing for drink. We were in a Double Room but it had an extra single bed which took up space, plus the gap between the beds had their Castor wheels turned out causing stubbed toes at night. Only one small Drawer in whole room! Staff friendly and helpful and no problem with cleanliness of room. In evenings very loud showering noises coming from extractor grid at entry location.
