Fantastic setting
The overall experience of staying at The Travellers Rest was very pleasant. The setting is fabulous, the room was quite comfortable and the proximity to Grasmere mde visiting the town very easy. The min concern we had was the price of breakfast compared to other hotels we have stayed in. We did not believe it was value for money.

Lovely stay and the service was amazing. We woke up looking at the mountains and it was just beautiful. The only drawback was the shower which we named “monsoon shower” as it only had one setting for the pressure and it made the entire bathroom soaked within seconds. Other than that, we had the most amazing stay and would not hesitate to come back!
