I like that was centric. I don’t like that my room didn’t have a bathroom and there was a mouse in my room and they didn’t believe me and the response was very nasty and an willing to do anything. And I was traten by the staff if I asked other guess: they were going to lack my room, though me out and because they have my credit card information they were going to charge me money for that. The worst experience in my life. Even for NYC. Something that supposed to be a nice holiday vacation after 25 years, was a nightmare. Very bad time. Never again in 31 street Broadway Hotel.

Girls trip!
I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed there with my sister in laws, my nieces, and my daughter. We had a lot of fun. The place was clean, the price was great, when we checked in the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We felt safe the whole time we stayed there. The location was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do.
