This is an old school hotel. They know how to treat their guests. Everything was clean and orderly. The decorations were beautiful. The breakfast buffet is as far as I can tell farm to table. The food was delicious and there is a wide selection. I started by building myself beefsilog/tocilog combination plate. Followed by fresh yogurt. The fruit juices were excellent. We had mango and pineapple. They also serve the best coffee. I recommend the Admiral very highly.

The rooftop bar was amazing! Sunset directly in front of our eyes. The breakfast was delicious with truffle honey, big salad section and it was really easy for me with my lactose intolerance. Also the room was really lovely and it was not too loud even though there was a big street in front of us.

Everything was perfect and a big kudos for the concierge who never stopped trying to assist me deal with a courier over a delayed bag from Phillipines Airlines, he went above and beyond and showed what customer service is all about. the hotel is so beautiful and we loved the interior design of our room. It seemed like every corner we looked at had something new and interesting to see. We enjoyed some of the desserts offered downstairs and enjoyed walking around the hotel. unfortunately we were unable to go down to the speak easy due to a private event but was really looking forward to that.
