This apartment overlooks the water, with a balcony and three bedrooms, four bathrooms. Well maintained, quiet: we slept really well here. Lovely kitchen and dining room. Plenty of couches. Good WiFi. Disappointed in check in because there’s no reception desk where you get keys. You have to get in touch with the guy and his phone number is not listed online but Expedia called him and he was here in five minutes to help us, even though we were there an hour before check in.

Let me just say it from the start : I HIGHLY recommend this property!! When I booked the trip to Scotland for me and my husband, this property caught my eye because of its location. We were going to spend one night in Edinburgh and after a long flight the last thing I wanted was a place on a busy, noisy street I have to say that I couldn't have picked a better place! Not only is it a spacious, super clean, updated apartment, it is the apartment that has a master bedroom overseeing the Firth. The view is breathtaking! I am not exaggerating at all. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful view and the calming sound of water was exactly what we needed. Besides the view, this apartment has everything one can wishes for. Location, size, as I mentioned before - super clean, all amenities are updated, great wifi, garage parking and the best of the best: the owner offers free rides to and from the airport. This was a great feature and allowed us to delay the rental by one day - hence saving us money. We liked the property and the owner so much that we decided to come back to Edinburgh earlier than planned and stay there again. Seriously, if you are looking to spend a night or two or a week in Edinburgh, this property is perfect. It was two of us and we loved it! The apartment accommodates larger parties. Location wise, not only is it on the shore of the firth, but also just a short bus ride to downtown. As I said, perfect!

We stayed whilst over from Australia the owner could not be more helpful.The apartment was really big with some nice touches such as milk, tea and coffe, fresh fruit, sweets for the kids and even bubble bath.The location was grea and the views perfect.
