Very poor condition of the hotel. No sound proof. Lift is very slow. Pillow is horrible. Very old type of Communist hotel, needs upgrade. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel really big room for just two of us. Easily accessible from the metro and tram. Wifi didn’t work whether we were given the wrong password or not I don’t know. Really easy to check in and about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Prague

Average and adequate
The receptionist who received me and signed me out was charming, helpful and had a lovely smile! My room was very small but warm and clean. However there were a few niggles. There were not enough coat hangers and so drawers to put clothes away. Although the shower was clean and the water hot the shower fitting was Rosen making it difficult to use without holding it together at the same time. The hand basin was badly cracked. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee hot but the cooked food was of very poor quality.
