Good 6.0
Good location is the main plus
Luis was lovely, helpful and friendly. Really central location. Air con was very welcome! It's worth knowing that it's more of an apartment shared with other guests than a hotel. The living room is lovely and it's good to have a kitchen. the outside spaces have great views. This apartment was probably amazing when it was renovated, however, everything is really pretty tired and breaking now sadly, e.g. the decking outside and leaking sink in the bathroom. Thin walls & very uncomfortable beds so we didn't sleep well and woke up sore! Be prepared for lots and lots of steep steps to reach the building & up to the apartment, but Lisbon is very hilly so can't be helped! Overall, this place is ok and has its upsides, but didn't really meet my expectations from the listing (and I am a budget traveler) and I'm afraid I wouldn't stay here again.

Poor 2.0
When we arrived, no one was there. Rang the bell and knocked on the door and no response. Tried the phone and again no answer. After several trys l, the owner finally answered and said he’d be there in 15 minutes. After standing outside in the rain for almost an hour, owner arrived. Went to the room which had not been cleaned and bed dirty. Went out to eat and upon return, room was cleaned. NEVER AGAIN! No amenities.

Very good 8.0
I really like the spacious place we had. It came with kitchen and everything you needed to cook.nice rooftop to get a view of the city. The location was also good, as it was only a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The downside was that the place is difficult to find and all the stairs you need to climb to get there. This place is not for the faint of heart. Stay somewhere else if you are not physically able to handle the grind....

Fair 4.0
Not a hotel
The discription didn't match the place . It is a hostel/ guesthouse with a shared bathroom and toilet in bad condition . Access is by walking up over 7 flights of stairs. Rooms are nothing like the photos- very small, and thin walls.location is ok , welcome is ok .

Exceptional 10.0
Perfect view and location
Luis did his best to meet us a little earlier, than check-out starts, it was so pleasant. The guesthouse is very clean and cosy, we enjoyed both our room and living room with kitchen and terrase. Views are exactly those anyone wishes to get going to Lisbon.
