Lovely hotel and great, helpful, staff
I picked a City Pod. To be fair they did call it a pod, and a pod it was. Tiny. I had booked for 5 days and there wasn’t room to unpack properly. More to the point, and this was probably just unfortunate, there was no air conditioning and, unusually, the weather was heatwave . I was told that in Ireland there isn’t much call for a/c In Ireland which is probably correct. They hotel was great about it and moved me to a better and larger ( actually it was better because it was larger! ) room which, more to the point , had a/c . They did not charge me extra so....lovely hotel and helpful and great staff.

A perfect getaway
A fantastic location. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. It is a little noisy at the front so ask for a room at the back. Beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Front of house/Reception need to up their game
Great location despite being opposite a night club! Nice hotel and bar staff very good, but reception staff need a lesson in customer/people management. Often surly, miserable..disappointing. Great room with lots of light and space. Food in the bar good, and service excellent.

Lack of A/C- Fabulous location and gorgeous hotel!
The only reason I marked it down was the heat in the room. It was so uncomfortable we could barely sleep because the room was so stuffy. A/C is most certainly needed- surprising in Ireland I know! Otherwise hotel is gorgeous, no other criticism!!
