Brid and Derek made feel us at home. The room was spotless. Cleanliness is better than any 5* we have stayed in. Their care of each and every guest made everyine feel special. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We will definitely stay there again. They have great coffee and a guest sitting room to relax. Thank you both for your efforts and care. The hospitality is unique The a location is very convenient for walking into town to enjoy a nice dinner and a walk by the beach. They do almost everything themselves. And when the owners are on top of their business as they are, they certainly give it all they've got.

Lovely stay at the New England
We have stayed in Eastbourne before but this is our first time at the New England and we would not stay anywhere else now. Our welcome from the hosts was so friendly. The whole place from our room to the dining room and lounge was spotless. Huge choice of breakfast menu and nothing was to much trouble. The seafront was across the road we could not have asked for more.
