Close to the beach and nice hammocks on the veranda. To be honest, these are the only positives I can think of. Overpriced ‘flash packer’ accommodation for what you get. Better priced alternatives out there

A little slice of paradise on Earth! My partner and I spent 5 nights in a Big Sea View Breezy bungalow and absolutely loved it!! Perfect location, superb view, super comfy bed and preferred having fans in the room to AC. The lack of hot water for showers was also not a problem as the weather was so hot it was actually refreshing. Loved the little more luxurious details such as branded toiletries (really good hair conditioner!). We'd often be happy to just spend time on the patio on our super comfy hammocks. The perfect relaxation spot that made us feel more in touch with nature. Fresh bottled water was also provided every day, which was nice. Bungalows cleaned to a really high standard. Restaurant area is great, however, we only had drinks there as we always ate out. The facilities throughout the resort are really well looked after. Overall, a wonderful stay and won't hesitate to recommend. We can't wait to book our next stay at Castaway!

A…asking location. Well worth getting up early to watch the sunrise. Very helpful & friendly staff. Delicious food. Massages I had were ace! Just be aware no air con which was OK for me this time of year with a sea breeze.

Very unique and enjoyable experience at castaway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bungalow was cozy and had everything you need. If you need AC or hot water this would not be the place for you, however we didn’t mind. Restaurant food and coffee were also great!

Me and my family loved the place but it's important to understand that they are eco-friendly and there is no hot water and no A/C. If you're fine with that, you will love it too. The staff were wonderful, views amazing, additional services (yoga, massage) great.

Excellent place to stay. Great food and drinks. Great service all the time with friendly smiles. Always there to give you a pleasant stay. J and Guillaume are outstanding. Property was very relaxing and value for the money. Management was less than open and respondent to accident that occurred on property. the UK based owner was more helpful when the guest had to approach him because management did not.. Management reports they have fixed the problem.

Wouldn’t stay here if you’re solo
Definitely not a place for a solo traveler. Mostly couples here so it’s hard to meet people. Their restaurant/resort is an awesome hangout spot. The huts are..... okay. It doesn’t cool down too much, and you should bring bug spray!
